Hello, Maplers!
MapleStory Client ver. 0.16 is now released!
We have gone through major changes in our game, and below is the overview of what's in store for you:

< Game >

- Level 80, 90, and even 100 items will now be available through the monster drops!
- The Guild System has been implemented. You can now form your own guild at Orbis Guild Park and register your guild emblem. Hunt and move together in a guild!
- The general game UI has been improved.
- A dynamic dressing room is now available in the Cash Shop. Try on items before you buy and see how they look while performing actions with your character.
- The quest system has gone through a complete overhaul. Finding and keeping track of the quest progress will become much easier with the improved quest information function.
- Visit the guide section of the website for more details.
- A change in pet command: loveyou -> iloveyou

< Event >

- The Lunar New Year Event will take place until February the 1st. Porridge, Red Envelopes, and Mr. Moneybags¡¦ check the event notice for more details.

< Item >

- The Item Pouch for Pets
- Megaphones
- Orbis Plastic Surgery Coupon
- For you football fans, MapleBowl Cash Items
- To celebrate the New Year, Lunar New Year Celebration Cash Items

We have some good news and some bad news. The bad news is the patch will be delayed until the same time on Monday, January 23rd. We are sincerely sorry for this inconvenience. We know many of you were patiently waiting to explore this patch over the weekend.


The good news is the source of the delay. We are having issues implementing Akamai for our downloads. To better serve the MapleStory community, we will be providing the majority of our downloads and patches using Akamai's screaming fast service. Akamai is the global content delivery leader and powers the businesses of companies like Apple, MTV Networks, IBM, etc. During our test, we found Akamai improved download speeds by an average of 80-90%. These improvements will vary by geographic location, but we are sure most of you will experience significant improvements.


We did not publicly announce the Akamai upgrade in our patch notice to surprise our players with the performance of the patch. Again, sincerely sorry for the delay... we are trying our best to bring you the best entertainment service online and hope you can lend us your understanding during this delay.

Cependant, nous possedons un nouveau serveur web plus puissant que le précédent. Celui-ci est utilisé par de grosses société s telles que Apple, IBM etc...
Les mise à jour se feront plus rapidement lors du téléchargement du patch avec le patcher. Vous pourrez noter aussi que le temps de chargement des pages ainsi que le téléchargement du client sera moins long du a une bande passante plus grande

The patch will last for approximately 4 hours, and users will not be able to access the game during that time.

All users are advised to safely log off by then.

oui et non.

La source du problème, ils le disent dans le message de takayuki-kun, c'est qu'ils ont acheté un nouveau serveur (un ordinateur) pour faire rouler le jeu et que ca prends plus de temps que prévu pour l'installer/configurer. Ca n'a aucun rapport avec la mise à jour annoncée. Voilà

Deja ils auraient pu finir Ossyria en entier avec la fin de Zakum cage....

Sinon j'ai remarqué qu'il y a les 3rd job sur Maple SEA, on sera au même stade que Maple SEA avec le nouvel inteface, le cash shop upgradé et les guildes !!!

Il y'a effectivement plein de petites nouveautées au niveau de l'interface.
Le nouveau pointeur affiche dorénavant une bulle suivant ce que l'on pointe.
Les petites icônes en bas à droite pour obtenir les divers menus sont très pratique . Bref , plein de petits détails ont été retravaillés...

ce que j'aime bien c'est le "MapleExplorer" un petit programme annexe qui te permet en quelque cliques d'aller sur n'importe quel site de MS

la nouveau sisteme de quetes est vraiment super
